We are seeking two entry level part-time remote team members to work closely with department managers and company leadership on improving and modernizing our documentation systems. This role focuses on migrating company records from Dropbox into a structured, intuitive platform while supporting data accuracy, consistency, and process improvement. The position offers hands-on exposure to business software and internal operations in a growing organization.
- Create and configure document types in Sage Paperless Construction (SPC)
- Index and organize documents migrated from Dropbox
- Assist with data migration from Dropbox into SPC
- Build reliable SOP documents for team members using the system
- Identify duplicate or outdated files
- Learn from VPS managers and executives to understand department-specific documents
- Participate in SOP improvement discussions to identify how documents should flow
- Communicate benchmark progress and challenges clearly to the systems manager and VP of systems
- Part-time (20-25 hours/week)
- Daily core hours for training
- Flex hours
- Pay Range: $15 - $18/hour, based on qualifications and experience
- Associate’s degree in business, technology or related field
- Experience building an electronic filing system is a plus
- Hands on experience with Sage Paperless is a plus
