Join our team to ensure the reliability and performance of industrial equipment. In this role, you’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance, install and troubleshoot machinery, and participate in automation and equipment improvement projects. You’ll work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, handle heavy machinery, and interpret technical drawings while following OSHA and safety guidelines.
- Ensure and improve the reliability, performance, and longevity of equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and address detected mechanical anomalies.
- Install machinery and equipment; detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Participate in the selection of equipment for various projects.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company EHS guidelines during the installation and operation of new equipment.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement instrumentation and connectivity improvements for equipment.
- Evaluate, recommend, and participate in automation projects across operations.
- Actively manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Strong knowledge in Pneumatic systems, Hydraulic systems.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently Assemble and disassemble machine parts and adjust and align mechanical components
- General knowledge in electrical systems
- Degree in Industrial Mechanics or Electromechanics or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Experience with assembly and disassembly and handling heavy equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrated ingenuity, dynamism, resourcefulness, and ability to work autonomously.
- Tolerance for exposure to visual elements and industrial odors.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
