We’re a growing, high‑volume manufacturing operation looking for a hands‑on Industrial Maintenance Lead who can guide technicians, solve complex equipment issues, and champion reliability across multiple facilities. If you love solving problems, improving systems, and mentoring others, this role puts you right at the center of our success.

What You’ll Do

- Lead a skilled maintenance team — coach, schedule, and support technicians across multiple plants.

- Own preventive maintenance — build and execute PM programs for conveyors, presses, production lines, and more.

- Be the go‑to troubleshooter — quickly diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to keep production moving.

- Partner with operations leadership — align maintenance priorities with production goals to eliminate bottlenecks.

- Champion safety — enforce OSHA standards and ensure a safe, compliant work environment.

- Drive continuous improvement — identify ways to boost equipment reliability and reduce downtime and costs.

- Manage parts and vendors — oversee inventory, order critical components, and maintain strong supplier relationships.

- Lead projects — coordinate maintenance‑related projects and ensure they hit deadlines and deliver results.

What You Bring

- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment - 2+ years leading or supervising a maintenance team

- Strong knowledge of hydraulic presses, boilers, air compressors, and dryers

- Experience with industrial electrical systems

- Working knowledge of furnace controls and hardening operations

- PLC troubleshooting and automation experience

- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

- Clean driving record

- Class B CDL is a plus

- Experience with laser CNC equipment is a bonus
