This is a full-time hybrid role based in Houston, TX, for an Independent Contractor. The role requires supporting clients in navigating and managing energy market challenges by providing consulting expertise, operational reviews, and engineering solutions. The individual will collaborate with internal and external teams to assess energy strategies, deliver insights, and ensure projects are executed effectively. While most work will be performed on-site in Houston, remote work opportunities may be available for certain tasks.

- Strong expertise in consulting, operational expenditure (OPEX) support, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) reviews

- Proficiency in engineering practices, including technical analysis and energy evaluation

- Ability to hold OEMs accountable and assess compliance with industry standards

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Experience in utilizing innovative energy technologies and systems

- Proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and changes

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field is highly preferred

- Previous experience in the energy sector is a significant advantage
