Role Summary

Reporting to the Director, Operations, and working under the guidance of Project Managers, the MicroStation work as members of the Engineering team, creating customer deliverables from various sources of data, primarily the Field team.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Generate drawings to customer specifications and industry standards using existing map data and new surveyed data

· Participate in the creation and development of data management standards within multiVIEW

· Generate and collate coherent data archives using customer supplied data and other sources of sub-surface conditions

· Working with the Field team and the Survey Technicians in particular, create clear, standard work and data requests

· Interpret and map field supplied data

· Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

· 2-4 years survey (MicroStation)

· Post-Secondary Geomatics Diploma from an accredited technical school

· Related field experience is an asset

· Knowledge of and experience in the use of GIS systems

· Collaborative team player.
