Blue Mountain Construction Services in Vacaville, CA, has an Immediate opening for a Human Resources Supervisor
As the Human Resources Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Vice President of People to help bring our department’s vision to life. You’ll play a hands-on role in day-to-day HR operations while also providing guidance and oversight to the HR team. This role is about connection, consistency, and execution—you’ll help ensure our policies are applied fairly, support our managers and employees through a wide range of situations, and keep us compliant and organized behind the scenes. You’ll also serve as a go-to resource for both the team and leadership, helping to maintain a positive, people-first culture that supports our workforce and business goals.

Work is performed primarily indoors. Lighting is artificial. Equipment used includes standard office equipment i.e. computer, telephone, fax machine and copier. Physical demands include sitting, walking, standing, bending over, kneeling, repetitive use of hands, grasping, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 25 lbs. Hours and days are Monday through Friday with occasional weekends or overtime required. Position requires close contact with Blue Mountain employees.

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar industry companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The base pay range for this position is: $85,000 - $95,000.
