Overview:
Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes to support our business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:
•Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
•Lead and manage the HR team to ensure high performance and effective HR service delivery.
•Advise and support senior management on HR-related issues, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
•Talent Acquisition and Management:
•Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
•Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees smoothly into the organization.
•Manage employee performance evaluation processes, providing guidance on career development and succession planning.
•Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving employee issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
•Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
•Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, addressing any legal issues that arise.
•Compensation and Benefits:
•Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and support the company’s objectives.
•Conduct regular salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive in the labor market.
•Training and Development:
•Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
•Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
•Oversee HR metrics and analytics to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
•Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
•Manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
•Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
•Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
•Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
•Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
•Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Environment:
•This position is based in our Tulsa, Oklahoma office.
•Occasional travel may be required
