PVB Fabrications, Inc. (PVB), a direct hire, multi-disciplined industrial construction, and metal fabrication company, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Assistant.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Assistant to support the day-to-day functions of our Human Resources department. This role plays a key part in keeping HR operations running smoothly, maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with recruitment efforts, and supporting compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
•Respond to HR-related emails, phone calls, and internal inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
•Assist in the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
•Facilitate employee onboarding to ensure a positive new hire experience.
•Maintain employee records and documentation in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
•Perform general administrative tasks, including scanning, copying, filing, and organizing digital files.
•Support the preparation of HR reports and compliance documents.
•Work with Safety and field teams to update and manage the ISNetworld database.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety training records.
•Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
•Assist with company events, special projects, and ad hoc HR tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
•Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
•Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
•Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing.
•Ability to work overtime when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Prior experience in Human Resources or in an administrative support role.
•Degree / Certification in Business or Human Resources
•Familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP, Paycom, or BambooHR.
•Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus.
