About the Role:

As our HR Assistant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless HR operations with a heavy focus on recruiting and candidate processing. You’ll be at the forefront of our hiring process—managing applications, coordinating interviews, and creating a stellar candidate experience. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves interacting with people, mastering HR software, and making a real impact in a growing company.

What You'll Do:

•

Drive Recruiting Efforts: Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for top talent in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and more.

•

Manage Candidate Processing: Maintain smooth candidate communication, schedule interviews, and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed.

•

Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work hand-in-hand with department leads to understand hiring needs and streamline the recruitment process.

•

HR Administration: Support benefit administration, employee onboarding, and data management through BambooHR.

•

Employee Engagement: Schedule and facilitate 1:1s and L10 meetings to keep teams connected and engaged.

•

Company Events: Assist in planning and executing company-wide events that boost morale and celebrate our people.

•

Support HR Operations: Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain employee records, and contribute to HR projects.

What You Bring to the Table:

•

2+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruiting and candidate processing.

•

Proficiency in HR software (BambooHR preferred) and an ability to navigate digital tools effortlessly.

•

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—you’re a natural connector.

•

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; you thrive in fast-paced environments.

•

A proactive mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
