Responsibilities - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan. - Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent. - Oversee employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration into the company. - Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to enhance performance. - Ensure compliance with labor regulations, including OSHA standards. - Utilize HR software such as Paylocity, Kronos, and Ceridian for efficient data collection and management. - Collaborate with management on budgeting for HR initiatives and resources. - Negotiate employment contracts and benefits packages effectively. - Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention. Skills - Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage contracts and employee relations. - Proficiency in organization design to optimize workforce structure. - Experience in data collection methods for HR metrics analysis. - Familiarity with Paylocity, Kronos, Ceridian, or similar HR systems is preferred. - Knowledge of budgeting principles related to human resources functions. - Ability to conduct thorough employee evaluations with actionable insights. - Understanding of OSHA regulations to maintain workplace safety standards. - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all HR processes.
