- Promote employee engagement and support professional growth, aligning with company values of professionalism, transparency and accountability
- Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for global roles
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the team
- Ensure compliance with regional employment standards and regulations in all operating locations
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration for employees in multiple regions
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Support remote collaboration by facilitating communication, team building, and access to resources for distributed staff
- Assess compensation position in the market by benchmarking against industry standards and peer organizations.
- Analyze employee performance and morale trends using the company’s established evaluation cadence and HR software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a distributed or global team environment
- Strong proficiency with HR software and data-driven evaluation tools
- Demonstrated experience in compensation benchmarking and market analysis
