General Office Assistant with Certified Payroll Experience

We are looking to fill an immediate opening for a full-time detail oriented General Office Assistant, with Certified Payroll experience.
Primary Job Duties:
•Provide administrative support to the Estimating department
•Assist leadership team with the bid and proposal documentation process
•Will learn to review and understand contract bid instructions and requirements
•Will assist with Compiling and formatting internal information to meet contract owner’s specifications
•Assist with ordering plans, bonds and other documents as required
•Submit Certified Payroll data through LCP Tracker
•Will assure that insurance requirements are met
•Will learn to solicit quotes, source and vet vendors and subcontractors during bid phase
•Maintaining calendars of appointments; interfacing in professional manner with company personnel and outside parties to coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments
•May perform other related duties as assigned
Primary Qualifications:
•Working knowledge and experience with Excel is a must
•Previous experience with LCP Tracker
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Willingness to learn to read jobsite plans and assist with estimating duties
•High degree of sensitivity for confidentiality
•Task-oriented with an excellent sense of priority, logic and objectivity; highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
•Independent and self-motivated
•Excellent customer service focus with an ability to work collaboratively with others
•Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook
•Demonstrated reliability, judgement, and professionalism
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour
