Production/ Construction Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, e-mail and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. To be successful as a Production Assistant, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly, must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication.

Production Assistant Responsibilities:

 Communicates regularly with homeowners providing scheduling and material updates.

 Responds to customers’ needs providing timely feedback.

 Coordinates travel needs/hotels for Quality Control Personnel

 Handles customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

 Searches/prescreens new crews/sub-contractors as apart of onboarding process.

 Completes permit applications with building municipalities as needed.

 Coordinates crew scheduling

 Communicates with manufacturing for the purpose of production installation

 Assess’ installation productivity and related activities to determine shortfalls.

 Other tasks assigned by management.

Production Assistant Requirements:

 Basic Construction Experience/Knowledge. (Preferred)

 Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and Telephone switchboard

 Attention to detail: being able to stay organized and prioritize tasks

 Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for customers

 Must work well with other and be able to follow directives given by management

 Excellent communication skills
