Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Assistant to support our team in various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude, contributing to the smooth operation of daily tasks. This role involves assisting with administrative duties, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional customer support.
Duties
•Assist project managers and construction teams with daily operations and administrative tasks.
•Maintain organized project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
•Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members.
•Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and coordinating communication between clients and the construction team.
•Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
Requirements
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
•Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for customer support interactions.
•Proficiency in administrative tasks with experience in office environments preferred.
•Familiarity with Sharepoint, Procore and Office apps is essential.
•Previous experience in a construction setting is a plus but not required.
•Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy in all work.
•Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
