Construction Assistant

Assistant Superintendent Responsibilities:

Anthem Pacific Homes is an established and growing homebuilding and development company in North Idaho. We are looking for an assistant superintendent to help with all field operations of the homebuilding process. All homes are located within the Hayden/Post Falls/CDA area. Job duties will include job site cleanup and organization, handyman work, skidloader operation, trailer towing, quality control checks, material deliveries, frost blanket and heater management, safety checks, and securing job sites. The position comes with on-the-job training and opportunities for growth as a construction professional, including superintendent, project manager, and construction manager.

Qualifications:

· Minimum two years experience in some level of construction and/or laborer position.

· Handyman and good with tools

· Minimum HS degree or equivalent

· Reliable transportation

· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

· Skidloader and trailer towing experience

· Desire to be in a construction related career

· Physically fit and able to lift 100 lbs.

Pay range: $20-$25/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
