Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our construction projects, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a background in office or construction management documentation, with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
•Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
•Coordinate communication between project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
•Oversee calendar management for project schedules and meetings.
•Assist with payroll processing for construction staff and subcontractors.
•Handle front desk duties, including answering phones and directing inquiries appropriately.
•Organize events related to project milestones or team-building activities.
•Utilize MS Office Suite for work order tracking and reporting as needed.
•Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to project information.
Skills
•Proficiency in construction office management is a plus but not required.
•Experience in event planning to facilitate team gatherings or project-related events.
•Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette for professional communication.
•Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
•Effective calendar management skills to coordinate schedules effectively.
