Construction Administrative Assistant
Douglas Brooke Homes, a leading home builder in Southwest Florida, is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our construction operations, helping to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.

Previous construction industry experience is a plus—but not required. We’re happy to train the right person!
What You’ll Do
•Provide administrative support to the Construction Managers and senior leadership team
•Assist the Permitting Department with paperwork, filing, and data entry
•Communicate with Trade Partners and vendors to gather updates and relay key information
•Schedule and follow up on Warranty calls to ensure timely resolution for homeowners
•Answer phones and respond to emails professionally and promptly
•Handle general office tasks: filing, copying, data entry, ordering supplies, etc.
•Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes as needed
What You Bring
•High school diploma or equivalent (required)
•2+ years of administrative or office experience (preferred)
•Background in the construction industry is a plus
•Strong organizational and time-management skills
•Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
•Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Apple products, and Google Workspace
Compensation: $21-$22 hourly
