General Labor Worker

We are looking for hard-working workers for our facility in Casa Grande, AZ. You will be working in an industrial environment, for a recycling company, industrial by products most of which would be landfilled if not processed by our unique processes.

Responsibilities:

· Following health and safety standards.

· Maintaining a clean work area

· Movement of material using a forklift truck and other industrial equipment

· Processing material following standard operating procedures.

· Weighing and packaging products for shipment.

· Working to meet production targets.

· Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.

· Responsible for the safe handling of finished products, raw materials, chemicals, supplies and production tools and equipment.

· Working safely

· Performing other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

· Able to lift 50lbs.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts.

- Be willing to work in an outdoor environment with exposure to all weather conditions.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Must be able to stand for extended periods the duration of shift; including stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach with hands, pull, lift, push, pick-up.

- Clean production equipment and work areas.

- Knowledge of safety protocols.

- Ability to work as a team member and communicate effectively.

- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

- Willingness to cross-train in other areas.

- Regular attendance and punctuality.

- Able to multitask.

- Experience with chemicals and or wastewater a plus.

- Experience with operating control panels a plus.

- Able to wear respirator for hours at a time.

- Mechanically inclined a plus.

- Hours: 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM after training which will take a minimum of 3 months.

- Required to work both Saturday and Sunday as part of a regular schedule.
