Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented General Labor - Production team members to join our dynamic manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting assembly, material handling, and equipment operation to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output. This position offers an engaging opportunity to develop mechanical skills and gain factory experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the assembly of metal components using hand tools and power tools to meet production specifications

- Support the setup and maintenance of assembly lines to optimize productivity and quality standards

- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks

- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols at all times

- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines

- Conduct inventory checks and document material usage accurately

Requirements

- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred

- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical concepts

- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout shifts

- Warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory

- Mechanical knowledge or background in assembly line work is highly desirable
