Position Highlights
- Greet and assist customers and visitors

- Prepare showroom and materials for meetings
- Help with showroom merchandising
- Organize file cabinets and maintain office systems
- Provide customer service via phone, email, and in-person
- Enter orders accurately and support the sales team

- Punctuality and strong organizational / time management skills
- Comfortable with basic office software, Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior office or customer service experience
- Familiarity with retail, wholesale of gift / souvenir industries is a plus
