What You’ll Do:

As the first point of contact for our team and visitors, you will:

- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and care.

- Answer, screen, and transfer calls efficiently.

- Manage daily clerical tasks, including copying, faxing, data entry, and filing.

- Enter, verify, and audit daily timecards to maintain accuracy.

- Process and reconcile invoices for job costs, inventory, and supplies.

- Close out jobs by reviewing open purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of materials.

- Perform accrual entries and ensure accurate reconciliation.

- Distribute mail and packages promptly.

- Experience with invoice reconciliation, job costing, and financial accuracy is highly valued.

- You excel at multitasking and prioritizing tasks under pressure.

- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and 10-key entry is a must.

- A high degree of accuracy and confidentiality is essential.

What You’ll Need:

- High school diploma or GED required; additional vocational or technical training preferred.

- Prior experience in administrative, assistant, or receptionist roles is a plus.

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred.
