Fabricator/Welder – Fenton, MO Brotcke Well & Pump, Inc.

Brotcke Well & Pump (BWP), a leading full-service water supply contractor, is looking for a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team at our Fenton, MO facility. We specialize in the installation and maintenance of potable water wells and the repair of various pumps serving municipalities and industries across the region.

What You’ll Do As A Fabricator / Welder:

- Perform Stick and MIG welding on a variety of steel components

- Execute pipeline welding and custom fabrication from detailed shop drawings

- Collaborate with a team to support field operations and shop needs

- Occasionally travel to job sites during the week to support installation and repair crews

- Work toward obtaining a Class A CDL with manual transmission endorsement (company-supported)

What We’re Looking For:

- Proficiency in MIG and stick welding techniques

- Experience with steel fabrication and reading technical drawings

- Background in pipeline welding is a plus

- Willingness to travel and work hands-on in field environments

- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
