Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying new sales opportunities, developing relationships with clients (builders, designers, contractors, and homeowners), and managing the sales process from initial contact to project completion.
Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and customer service.
•Conduct inside sales activities including telemarketing, lead generation, and follow-up on sales inquiries.
•Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
•Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
•Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and how they meet client needs.
•Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients showcasing our products and services.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in inside sales or technical sales is preferred.
•Strong communication skills in English
•Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
•Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
•Knowledge of market trends related to our industry is advantageous.
•A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
•2% commission + base salary $ 50k/year
