Cryptotherm Manufacturing, a leading manufacturing company in the cooling and heat transfer sector, is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As the Sales Executive at Cryptotherm Manufacturing, you will manage key customer accounts, and drive revenue growth for our company. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, developing strategic sales plans, and expanding our customer base in both established and emerging markets. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and build relationships with major clients in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Responsibilities / Duties:
•Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in new and existing markets.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
•Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
•Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and product messaging.
•Coordinate with internal teams, such as engineering and customer service, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
•Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to sales team members, fostering a positive and results-oriented culture.
•Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
•Negotiate and close deals with clients.
•Prepare and report regular sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to the COO.
•Represent Cryptotherm Manufacturing at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Skills / Requirements:
•5+ years of sales with experience in oil and gas or manufacturing.
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset.
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
•Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and negotiation techniques.

•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to analyze data, understand market trends, and develop actionable strategies.
•Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend events, and drive business growth.
•Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is considered an asset.
•Knowledge of bitcoin and the crypto industry is considered an asset.
