We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive & Office Administrator to provide comprehensive support and help ensure the efficient daily operation of our office. This is a key role for a detail-oriented professional who can manage a variety of administrative tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Executive Support: Assist a senior executive by managing workflow, prioritizing tasks, preparing reports and presentations, and handling correspondence.
- Draft, format, and prepare various documents and reports with meticulous attention to detail.
- Organize and manage the recording process for documents sent to county courthouses nationwide.
- Coordinate with county courthouses to request and track legal documents, such as wills.
- Maintain and update organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Serve as a central point of contact for office functions and inquiries.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
· Reporting: Assist in the preparation and distribution of regularly scheduled reports.
· Team Collaboration: Work effectively as a supportive and collaborative member of the team.
· Experience: Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably as an Executive Assistant or Office Administrator.
· Technical Skills: High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
· Organizational Prowess: Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage time.
· Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Attention to Detail: Excellent problem-solving skills and a high degree of accuracy.
