The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the TIMEC Office Manager, along with daily field tickets, hour tracking, onboarding and various office tasks.
- Responsible for daily field ticket review and hour tracking.
- Manpower onboarding
- Payroll support to the office manager
- Parts runs or truck drop off as needed to support mechanic shop
- Cleaning office spaces and restrooms.
- Able to maintain confidential information.
- Produce accurate results with interruptions and distractions.
- Work well in team environments and independently
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Familiarity with industrial construction sites, Oilfield related experience is preferred.
- Must be able to complete and pass client required drug testing and site training.
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
- Capable of working in a high stress environment
- Able to remain in a stationary position 50-75% of the time.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinet, office machinery etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, etc.
- Must practice safe work methods to remain accident and injury free.
