Manufacturing Plant seeking an Office Administrator for a full-time position. Job duties include answering phone calls and emails, greeting guests, organizing office processes and procedures, managing files, preparing reports as needed, preparing payroll including job and time cards, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, day-to-day Accounting functions, costing out jobs, database entry/management, ordering office supplies and other ad hoc duties required to support the daily operation of the business.
Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, accuracy, as well as good customer relations are important qualifications for this position. Must be responsible, reliable and must feel comfortable working with Microsoft Word and Excel. Previous experience with Accounting Software Packages a plus.
