We are seeking an ERP Specialist with strong hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for day-to-day system support, user enablement, and continuous improvement across key processes—primarily Production, Master Data Governance, Purchasing, and Power BI reporting/analytics—while also providing cross-functional support for Sales, Warehouse, Shipping and Technical Support if needed. The ideal candidate is process-minded, detail-oriented, comfortable working with end users, and capable of translating business needs into system configuration, data standards, and actionable reporting.
- Provide Tier 1–2 functional support for Dynamics 365 Business Central users; troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with partners for escalations when needed.
- Maintain and improve ERP workflows to support business scalability, accuracy, and efficiency across operations.
- Participate in release planning/testing for BC updates, extensions, and process changes, document impacts and support change management.
- Identify potential process or system issues towards continuous improvement.
- Work on system support tickets, document resolutions, and ensure timely issue closure according to Accuenergy system SLA standards.
- Provide ongoing training and guidance to end-users to improve system utilization and adoption.
- Participate in system audits, data integrity checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, configurations, and customizations.
- Monitor systems performance and escalate critical issues as needed.
- Support manager to implement system enhancements and develop management reports via power BI.
- Support other inquires of ERP, Sales Hub and Customer Service Hub systems as manager arranges.
- Support manufacturing processes within BC, such as master planning, production orders, routings, capacity planning, consumption/output reporting, WIP visibility, and production variance monitoring.
- Work with Production and Planning teams to improve shop-floor transactions and production data accuracy.
- Assist in defining and improving processes related to BOMs, routings, work centers, production scheduling, and inventory consumption logic.
- Own master data standards and governance for items, BOMs, routings, vendors, customers, and related attributes.
- Maintain and monitor data quality, including naming conventions, UOMs, costing methods, lead times, replenishment parameters, item tracking, and posting groups.
- Design and execute data audits, cleanup activities, and bulk updates using appropriate tools (e.g., configuration packages, Excel imports, APIs).
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar preferred.
- Certification in Oracle SaaS ERP or SAP ERP business process integration.
- At least 2 years experience as an ERP specialist in a related industry.
- A background in business administration, project management, or a related field will be advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes.
- Great organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
