The Sr Advisor – Systems is responsible for the design, development, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of enterprise Oracle PeopleSoft applications, with a primary emphasis on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM). The role also provides secondary support for Oracle HCM Cloud and related HR systems as required. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, HR, Payroll, and other business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that support global HR operations. The position operates under guidance from the Manager – ERP on standards, architecture, compliance, and strategic initiatives.
- Designs, develops, configures, and supports Oracle PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Purchasing, Inventory, and Project Costing).
- Analyzes business requirements and translates them into technical designs, configurations, and system enhancements aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develops and maintains integrations between PeopleSoft FSCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, and third-party systems using delivered tools and integration technologies (e.g., web services, APIs, file-based integrations).
- Performs application configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance across FSCM environments (development, test, and production).
- Troubleshoots and resolves complex application issues, conducting root-cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Collaborates with functional users to improve business processes through system optimization and automation.
- Creates and maintains technical documentation, system specifications, and operational procedures.
- Communicates effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams regarding system changes, risks, and timelines.
- Responds effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and evolving business needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university (preferred).
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a similar role within a business of comparable size and complexity.
- Demonstrates strong technical expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM architecture, tools, and development frameworks (e.g., PeopleTools, Integration Broker, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI Publisher).
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft security, reporting, and integration frameworks, with familiarity in Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and integration capabilities.
- Experience with system integrations, data conversions, and interface monitoring in enterprise HR environments.
- Strong understanding of financial, accounting, procurement, supply chain, and project costing business processes, along with related internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Applies sound judgment in system design and decision-making aligned with business and compliance needs.
- Gathers, analyzes, and synthesizes business and technical data while validating accuracy and completeness.
- Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing, across all organizational levels.

- Utilizes familiarity with financial accounting, purchasing, and management systems as they relate to HCM integrations.
