Duties

- Coordinate dispatching of fuel orders using transportation management systems to optimize routes and delivery schedules

- Communicate effectively with, carriers and there teams, and clients via SMS and phone systems, ensuring clear and professional phone etiquette

- Enter data accurately into transportation management platforms, including shipping & receiving logs, and supply chain documentation

- Manage shipping schedules using site data and other logistics software to ensure timely pickups and deliveries

- Oversee freight movement and coordinating with external partners for seamless operations

- Conduct tracking of orders and communicating with carrier dispatch and customers onsite.

Skills

- Strong understanding transportation planning to support efficient dispatching

- Knowledge of supply flow, and freight operations.

- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette for interacting with vendors, clients, and internal teams

- Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment

- Strong analysis skills to interpret transportation data and optimize strategies

- Familiarity with 3PL operations, shipping processes, and transportation planning principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,553.34 - $54,859.94 per year
