Dispatcher

OBJECTIVE

The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling jobs for Wireline crews. This position will work closely with Operations Management to communicate with Wireline crews and other field personnel to complete well servicing jobs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Coordinate job needs and scheduling with customers and Operations Managers

· Dispatch Wireline crews to well servicing assignments

· Prepare various reports as needed such as time and job reports

· Work with Operations Managers to determine customer needs and troubleshoot operational problems as they arise

· Assist Sales Department with customer quote process by evaluating specific job needs

EXPERIENCE

- 3+ years applicable experience required

- High school diploma or GED required

- Experience in Wireline or related oilfield service dispatch/coordinator role preferred

- Must be able to work a rotational (10/3) and on-call schedule

- Intermediate computer skills required

- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Organized with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
