Job Overview:
The Marketing Director will oversee and manage the marketing strategies for our construction services, including lead generation, digital marketing, branding, and client outreach
. The ideal candidate should have experience in marketing within the construction or home services industry and be able to craft compelling campaigns that drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our construction services, including roofing, general contracting, and other specialized offerings.
•Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to increase lead generation and client engagement.
•Oversee traditional marketing efforts such as print advertising, trade shows, direct mail campaigns, and local partnerships to expand brand visibility in the community.
•Analyze marketing data and key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
•Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all campaigns are cost-effective and contribute positively to business growth.
•Lead and mentor a small marketing team, ensuring team cohesion and high performance.
•Stay current with trends in construction marketing and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Must-Haves:
•5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
•Strong experience in the construction or home services industry
•Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
•Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and collaborate with various departments.
•Proficiency in marketing software, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar.
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
