The Marketing Director assists management with educating clients about the company’s services in order to increase project awards and revenue. The Marketing Director assists management and managers with new client development and management of existing clients. The Marketing Director uses a wide range of people skills and expertise in the company’s services and how we can serve customers and businesses.
· Assist with maintaining current client relationships and identifying potential clients
· Contacting potential clients to develop relationships and project opportunities. Establish rapport and arrange meetings
· In conjunction with ownership, develop objectives and strategies in support of the overall corporate business development goals per each market segment in conjunction with the strategic business development and marketing plans.
· Maintain a strong understanding of company services.
· Further knowledge and education regularly through participation in organizations, workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, current trends, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team. Identifies ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
· Leads the development of Requests for Qualifications and Proposals for clients including writing the technical proposal sections.
· Lead prospective project interview strategy and preparations with Marketing Coordinator.
· Assist with building market position by locating, development, defining, and closing business relationships
· Assist with examining risks and potentials for business opportunities
· Assist with evaluating potential client needs and goals
· Assist with increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
· Lead and maintain information utilizing Cosential (CRM) Tool
· Review, maintain and provide guidance on current market trends, etc. for social media platforms. Work with Marketing Coordinator to implement
· Lead seeking and researching new sources of prospective projects and provide guidance to Ownership and management.
· Attend and gather project specific information in Pre-flight and Post-flight meetings
· Lead weekly Marketing meeting to report activity to Ownership
· Protects organization’s value by keeping all information confidential
