Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced marketing expert who is able to take ownership of all marketing aspects to increase the quantity of incoming leads.

•

Plan and execute SEO and Google Ad strategies

•

Update and improve Voyager’s website

•

Create and maintain a content calendar for all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

•

Create and edit professional video and photo assets

•

Design flyers, posters, and other marketing materials

•

Showcase Voyager’s expertise in the Roofing, Siding, and Decking industry, particularly showcasing James Hardie Siding

•

Research ways to utilize AI and implement the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Canva, and Zapier to streamline marketing tasks in all relevant areas

•

Monitor and track KPI’s and adjust as necessary

•

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment

•

All other duties as assigned and as needed

Requirements:

•

7+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads management, video and photo creation, and, social media and website management

•

Deep understanding of all marketing processes and procedures

•

Experience with AI and automation tools is a plus

•

Must be able to plan and execute projects from start to finish

•

Must be a self-starter and highly organized
