Director, Advanced Water Treatment

Summary Of Position

WaterBridge is looking to hire a dynamic Advanced Water Treatment Director for our operations in our Midland, TX office.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

- Research and develop a standard for water treatment and recycling for various water specs

- Work with Environmental team to research and recommend ESG related projects, including:

- Enhanced evaporation of produced water

- Post-treatment uses for produced water (agricultural / industrial applications)

- Potential for post-treatment discharge to rivers or aquifers

- Renewable energy applications

- Operations efficiency

- Research and participate in legislative meetings related to the above topics

- Support and improve solids treatment and disposal process

- Participate in industry events and provide summaries of findings at industry conferences

- Provide quarterly update to Executive team on project statuses and new findings/recommendations

Qualifications And Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

- 5+ years of engineering experience, preferrable in water-related discipline

- Project management experience

- Ability to demonstrate good leadership, verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work with all levels of the organization

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changes to priorities with little notice

- Able to excel in entrepreneurial environment

- Must be a self-starter

- Operates in both a professional and/or business casual office environment.
