- We are looking for someone who is very organized and has superb written and verbal communication

- Answer account holder/client phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Research and utilize all resources available to provide answers to account-specific questions and requests.
- Process credit card payments.
- Acquire move-in and move-out meter reads for submetered properties from multiple meter reading software programs.
- Be familiar with submetering systems and utility billing practices
- Maintain familiarity with company billing practices, software, and web portal
- Produce corrected and other bills as needed
- Handle tenant changes as needed
- Respond to account holder emails in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain required call volume.
- Download and respond to voicemails daily for billing and account services
- Return calls within 24 hours of receipt
- Provide support to other departments as necessary
- Other job duties deemed necessary by management
- Ability to work in a fact-paced environment while multi-tasking
- Able to meet deadlines
- Work independently
- Consistent on-site attendance
- Excel experience
- Customer service and/or call center experience - preferred

- Employees will receive Paid Time Off up to 40 hours in 2026 and increases to 48 hours PTO accrual in 2027. Additional hours accumulated at years 2,5,and 10
- Employees will accrue Washington Paid Sick Leave in addition to PTO
- Employees have the option to enroll in the company's retirement plan
- Employee will receive paid bereavement and jury duty leave in accordance with company guidelines
- Employee is eligible for 8 weeks of paid parental leave
- Employee is eligible for a healthcare travel reimbursement up to $2,000 a year per company guidelines
- Employees will receive at least 10 paid days off for holidays and observance a year
- Hired applicant will be eligible to receive end of year bonus
