Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Dual Role – CS & Quality Assurance)
nTherm, LLC is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a dual-skilled role, combining customer service and quality assurance responsibilities. You’ll handle inbound calls, enter and review data, and support quality standards by following company policies and procedures.
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Resolve customer questions and concerns, escalating issues to management when needed
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain logs
- Review recorded calls for quality assurance and document findings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, teachable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills required (Google Docs, MS Office, Excel)
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
- Prior knowledge of deregulation or customer choice programs is a plus (training provided)
- Full-Time Schedule:
- Mon–Thurs: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Fri: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
