Front Counter Customer Support (Bilingual Preferred)
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Bilingual preferred Front Counter Customer Support Representative for our Phoenix location to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Greet customers at the front counter in a professional and welcoming manner
- Assist customers in English and Spanish (spoken and basic written)
- Answer questions, provide information, and resolve basic issues
- Process orders, payments, returns, or service requests
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter area
- Work closely with team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Previous front counter or customer service experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with diverse customers
- Familiarity with POS systems
