Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience
•High School Diploma or GED.
•Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
•Any equivalent combination of certifications, education, or experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities for the position.

Denver Water offers a hybrid work schedule; however, during periods when you are training a class, you may be required to work onsite full-time for approximately 3 to 5 weeks to support in-person training.
Position Summary
Under general supervision develops and delivers in person and computer based training. Analyze data, trends, and standard work to identify training and documentation needs. Ensure accuracy, quality of work, and efficient productivity ensuring a positive customer experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have formal supervisory responsibilities over other employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Assist in the training of employees on the overall understanding of division definitions, processes, and methodologies.
•Conduct training through observation, interviews and focus groups to determine knowledge, skills and abilities needed for training. Make recommendations to customers.
•Develop training guides, workbooks, handouts, computer based training modules, and training videos.
•Develop metrics to determine value and return on training investment. Regularly measure success of programs, communicate to stakeholder and makes improvements as necessary.
•Recommend and implement programs to address training needs.
•Use PowerPoint, SharePoint, Adobe CS4, Captivate or similar software to develop learning solutions.
•Participate in industry related activities in order to identify best practices and bring progressive change into the organization.
•Perform related work as required.
