Gettier Commercial, Inc. is a local leader in commercial cleaning and maintenance services. Since 1992, we have become a full-service maintenance company that delivers parking lot sweeping and other cleaning services to shopping centers, business centers, and residential communities. As a Class A contractor, we can provide our customers with anything from concrete and asphalt repairs to painting, welding, and masonry in addition to our cleaning services.
We a looking for a full-time customer relations manager who is a self-starter eager to build strong relationships with current and new customers. The majority of our customers are retail property managers responsible for managing shopping centers and business parks. Your primary duty will be to keep our customers happy by attending to all their needs, by identifying solutions before problems arise, and by ensuring that they are getting value for the services for which they are paying.
· Meet with customers, either in-person or virtually, on a regular, recurring basis to discover their needs, and create leads for additional work
· Visit shopping centers and other properties to assess safety liabilities, cleanliness, and overall “curb appeal” and report solutions back to our customers.
· Provide timely and accurate responses to customer requests and inquiries
· Maintain communication with customers to secure contracts
· Review vendor quotes, generate cost estimates and proposals, and submit to senior management for approval
· Execute handover of approved work to the operations team for execution
· Coordinate with the Operations team to track the status of customers’ jobs and provide work schedule updates as required
Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
Strong knowledge of computer software - MS Office, etc.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with management team
