Role Description: Customer Relations Manager

Location: Orlando, FL

DreamCrete is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Relations Manager to join our team. This position plays a key role in overseeing client interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting business development efforts.

Responsibilities:

•

Manage day-to-day client interactions with professionalism and care

•

Handle customer inquiries, prepare estimates, and follow up on leads

•

Prospect and develop new client relationships

•

Oversee customer accounts and ensure long-term satisfaction

•

Proactively address and resolve client issues

•

Coordinate with Project Managers and the Operations Team to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish

•

Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout each phase of the project

Qualifications:

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•

Experience in customer service, account management, and conflict resolution

•

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

•

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

•

Proficient in documenting and tracking customer interactions

•

Knowledge of the construction industry and familiarity with our services is a plus

•

Proactive problem-solving mindset

•

Must be able to work on-site in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

•

Reliable transportation is required

•

Ability to read blueprints is a plus
