The Customer Education Coordinator supports the coordination of our customer education program, including sales of classes, tracking expenses and revenue, assisting stores with education-related projects, responding to customer inquiries, and managing materials to support classes. The Education Coordinator manages registration, certification, supplies, content and more for courses offered by Aramsco.

Work Schedule and Details:
•Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
•Work closely with local branch management to schedule education classes/sessions and seminars for all business channels, markets, and company facilities.
•Create and maintain classes on a master calendar within Cvent, Streamline, IICRC, and with various instructors.
•Facilitate online class: introductions, greet participants, outline course rules, send reminders and follow-up emails to customers who are late or absent.
•Maintain class roles and a master list of classes/reporting with providers and instructors, and manage instructors
•Manage customer relations: respond to training-related questions from internal and external customers.
•Handle logistics for onsite classes, including registrations, payments, facility and classroom preparation, ordering meals and supplies, and coordinating the flooding of the Flood House training simulator prior to class.
•Maintain spreadsheets and reports for management, including financials, sales, registrations, and discounts.
•Participate in meetings/projects to enhance the training program and perform other duties as requested by the Manager/Director.
•Oversee sales activities associated with selling classes. Utilize email marketing, online ads, and social media to reach current and prospective clients to drive training sales. Coordinate with the marketing department to develop materials supporting sales activities.
•Promote the company’s educational offerings at trade shows, customer events, and through social media, maintaining forums to ensure broad exposure and engagement.
•Ensure procedures and policies are documented and updated as changes occur. Communicate changes, and train staff as needed.

Qualifications for Education Coordinator:
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe
•Previous success in handling multiple projects and details simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
•Demonstrated ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction and ability to work well under pressure.
•Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous, and professional manner.
•Strong, professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
