Southeastern Underdeck LLC is looking for a customer service coordinator. Duties include: Responding to customer questions, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or live chat, providing accurate information about products and services. Gathering customer feedback through surveys and reviews, analyzing data to identify trends and implement necessary changes. Investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, including identifying root causes and implementing solutions to prevent future issues. You will also make Job follow up calls and A/R collection calls to clients.
To be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to write clearly and be proficient with excel and word processing applications. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued. Must be willing to work as a team and take on new tasks as the company expands or grows
Customer Service Responsibilities:
