Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
•Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
•Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers with their needs.
•Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
•Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records.
•Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and address any recurring issues.
•Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
•Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide informed support.
•Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in customer support and sales techniques.
Requirements
•Previous experience in a customer service role within the irrigation experience is preferred, particularly in a call center environment.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
•Experience with the field service platform Service Titan is preferred.
•Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a significant advantage.
•Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
•Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions swiftly.
•A positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering excellent client services.
•Familiarity with sales techniques is beneficial but not mandatory.
