Responsibilities
•Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.
•Provide exceptional customer support by actively listening and effectively communicating solutions.
•Engage in sales activities by promoting products and services to potential customers.
•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using computerized systems.
•Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
•Assist multilingual customers by providing support in their preferred language when necessary.
•Follow up on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Qualifications
•Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
•Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
•Proficiency in using computers and various software applications for data entry and record keeping.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
•A positive attitude and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
