Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Directly Reports To: Customer Service Manager (CSM)
Status: Full Time, Exempt (Mon-Fri)
Job Duties:
•Answer telephone calls and respond to customers’ emails promptly and efficiently.
•Greet customers (current and prospective) and assist them with job pick-ups.
•Ensure that clients are satisfied with their service by handling complaints, and escalating concerns to CSM and the owner when necessary.
•Provide the owner with the information needed to obtain customer quote and provide quote to customer for approval.
•Collaborate with all team members to find appropriate solutions to problems.
•Coordinate workload schedule to meet the customer timeframe requirements.
•Trouble-shoot and make decisions in order to maintain workflow and meet deadlines successfully.
•Coordinate with the graphic designer to schedule the design time needed to complete jobs.
•Work closely with the press operator to review proofs and approve prints prior to producing jobs, and when necessary reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
•Pay close attention to detail and check for obvious errors prior to printing.
•Communicate effectively by informing and updating the CSM, owner, and other team members regularly to guarantee that all objectives are met and customer needs are addressed.
•Work closely with the delivery team on a daily basis to ensure jobs are scheduled and delivered to customers on time.
•Ensure consistent housekeeping in the work area by keeping customer pick-up table tidy and organized.
•Finish and package/wrap all completed jobs as noted on the job ticket.
Qualifications:
•Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
•One to three years minimum experience in customer service.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure positive interactions with customers.
•Must be detail-oriented.
•Computer skills (Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel).
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in order to diagnose issues and recommend effective solutions for customer satisfaction.
•Must have a high level of initiative and motivation with a positive attitude.
•Must be able to prioritize effectively and multi-task to meet deadlines.
•Experience in graphic design is preferred but not required.
Additional Working Conditions:
•Frequent lifting of objects up to 30 lbs.
•Able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
•Periodically able to work past normal business hours to ensure work is completed.
•Able to work in a fast-paced environment; subject to numerous schedule and priority changes and short notice activity.
