Key Responsibilities

•

Dispatch Coordination: Efficiently schedule and assign service calls to technicians, optimizing routes and availability.

•

Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and appointment scheduling.

•

Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns with professionalism, ensuring timely solutions and customer satisfaction.

•

Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with technicians, managers, and customers to ensure seamless operations.

•

Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and job status updates.

•

Compliance & Standards: Ensure all scheduled jobs meet company policies and service expectations.

What We’re Looking For

•

At least 2 years of experience as a Dispatcher or CSR, preferably in a service-based industry (HVAC, plumbing, or related field).

•

Exceptional communication skills – ability to engage with customers and coordinate effectively with technicians.

•

Strong organizational abilities – capable of managing multiple schedules, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changes.

•

Tech-savvy – experience with scheduling software, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.

•

Problem-solving mindset – ability to think quickly, resolve issues, and ensure smooth daily operations.
