This role involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate iscustomer-focused, a strong problem solver, and a team playerwith the ability to adapt and think critically. As a Sales Customer Service Representative, you are the first impression of our company-bringing high empathy, genuine care, and a customer-first mindset to every interaction.
