About the Role

Turtle is seeking a talented professional in the Credit Associate role in Clark, NJ. This is a full-time position, 5 days per week, Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm with an hour unpaid lunch. Four days in office/one day remote. In this role you will perform clerical and administrative duties related to day-to-day activities of the credit & collections department. Must be competent in Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills, knowledge of basic accounting, and have great phone etiquette.

What You’ll Do:

- Pull POD’s

- Send invoices/statement copies to sales or customers.

- Portal billings

- Process credit applications and prepare credit files for review/approval. (Pulling D&Bs and references)

- Enter adjustment credits if requested.

- Process credit card payments

- Perform other related duties as required or directed.

What You’ll Bring

- High School Diploma

- Accounts Receivable Experience required

- Customer Service Experience

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills

- Organized and excellent time management skills

- Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.

- Construction, Distribution, or building material knowledge is a plus.
