The Corporate Receptionist will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Provide a professional, respectful and inspirational image of the Company to the public.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and messages.
- Welcome guests into the corporate office.
- Direct visitors and employees to appropriate personnel of NVI’s business campus.
- Ensure visitors comply with company safety protocols and maintain visitor logs.
- Uphold the company’s brand by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assist the administrative department with any projects necessary.
- Input work ticket data into accounting database for payroll, accounts receivable and per diem networks.
- Any other assigned duties needed for the success of the Company.
- 1 year of experience in a primary receptionist position.
- 3 years of experience as a corporate receptionist.
